Shipping policy

Delivery within New Zealand is managed by Poste Haste on tracked courier service. This typically means that orders arrive within 48 hours (and often overnight) but delivery times can be longer, in particular for rural deliveries. We are happy to offer our domestic customers a flat delivery rate of $5.00 (Rural $11.00) in the North Island and $10.00 (Rural $16.00)  in the South Island regardless of your order. 

International delivery is managed by NZ Post on an International Air service. Delivery time and pricing does will vary based on product(s) ordered and destination country. We do our utmost to continue to offer the most competitive delivery rates possible. We provide order tracking on all of our International Orders.  When your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email which will include your consignment number for order tracking.
